  • Orica NZ holds three-day induction programmes for all new staff
  • There are regular Deliver the Promise workshops, which aim to refresh the Orica values and teach staff how to apply these in their work
  • First-aid training is available to all staff
  • Sales staff are encouraged to attend Scot Work Negotiation Skills training, to help them in their contact with customers and contractors
  • Orica supports staff who seek to build their careers through external studies
